Spiraling.

I can't always tell what is real and what isn't.
Is this real?

School started today. Lots and lots of people. I had to walk way farther than I did at the University. I have a horrible blister on my left foot. Class wasn't scary at all and I'm very happy to have signed up for this one. There seems to be a lot of people in the class that know one another from other paralegal classes. That tends to alienate people and I felt a little overwhelmed with it. Hopefully they will stop with all that 'I know more than you do' crap.

I also met with the psycologist today. Almost had a panic attack in the lobby. Not such a nice receptionist. Seems like they would make people in a mental health office be nice and accomidating.

I made one of Rachel Ray's recipes this weekend. It was awesome.

You would think so wouldn't you? I mean they are dealing with fragile people...if I were you I would ask the psychologist about it...

Jade,
I love Rachel Ray, what did you make? I am sorry about the crap receptionist that you had to go through to get to someone that you needed to talk to. You would think that receptionists that work in a doctors office (any doctor) would have human compassion, but on the other hand, why would they? People are assholes. I agree with cassee01, you should talk it over with your doctor.
I hope you will meet some friends in school, I don't think I would want to go if there was no one to talk to or just laugh with. You can do this, I know you can.

Karin,
I made her meatball pizza. Its on the website a few shows back. It was delicious! A friend of mine got me Rachel Ray's Get Real 30 minute Meals. I'm not that impressed with it because its the low carb one. I'm gonna see if I can exchange it for another one. The only thing about that meatball pizza is, it took way longer than 30 minutes to make. I guess they are 30 minute meals if you have a helper cutting up all your ingredients and pre-heating and all that for you. Plus she is FLYING in the kitchen. That girl is moving like crazy when she makes that stuff. You really have to know you kitchen and know what you are doing to make them in 30 minutes.

Thanks for your encouragement!

I think Rachel Ray is cute as a button. If only her voice would match. It gets on my nerves.

yea her voice is kinda grating. but I like how she giggles with that dorky giggle after she says stuff sometimes. It lets me know that she has an inner geek. Everyone talks about how hot the girl from Everyday Italian is, but I think she has an ENORMOUS head. She almost looks like a bobble head.

OMG, i totally know what u r talking about with your doc having a crabby receptionist. i got myself a new doc just because i hated the receptionist. this woman was incredibly mean and i couldn't understand why. i tried to be pleasant anyway but it never worked. i ended up not going to to my appointments cuz i knew i had to face HER, the biatch. i don't know what prevented me from telling my doc about it.

i used to have debilitating anxiety but is under control now. i'm not cured but it is much better. i think it will be my lifelong struggle.

pills and councelling really help with the 'reading into situations what u think is happening'... stuff like - Andrew is ignoring me but really he was not. it helps with how u percieve situations. did i just repeat myself?

sorry if i sound preachy. i just want to let u know that u can feel better :)
